I have always been a fan of the Mandrake Distrobution. I have used it sinse version 6.1. Mandrake Version 7..2, is by far there best version yet. It is a perfect distro from the linux beginner to the advanced Penguin. With hardware autodetection and easy software installation, it is the best transition from Windows to linux. Mandrake still allows you to use RPM pakcages as in Red Hat. Mandrake is quite similar to Red Hat.
