When a F1 team and its drivers want to succeed, they must have a good team strategy. It means that the team management must plan everything important. They decide whether to use hard or soft tires, how many pit stops the driver should have, how much fuel to take, which driver is number one on the team Todays top teams have very good strategies which are different in every race.
