NEGOTIATING INITIAL SALARIES, Most people realize how very important a respectable salary can be in the real world. Furthermore, two personal interviews were given to gain contrasting perspectives. A steadfast member of the Human Resources department at Robert W. Baird & Co. was interviewed to get an insider perspective, as well as a fervent recent graduate of the University of Wisconsin Platteville in search of a career, for an opposing, personally relatable angle.
