To me "You Are What You Eat" means that a person who eats healthy food such as vegetables and non-fried substances has a higher chance of being both mentally and physically healthy. To achieve such healthy results proper nutrition is needed. On the other hand, if a person is constantly eating junk food such as hamburgers and pizza, the person would not be as healthy and thus is more susceptible to diseases and illnesses. This occurs because junk food doesn’t contain the vitamins and nutrients the body requires in order to be healthy.
