Unhealthy Diets Some foods are considered unhealthy on grounds of their being high in calories (saturated fats), lack of antioxidants and fibers. Eating very high amounts of saturated fat and cholesterol, and very low amounts of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains increases a persons risk of getting numerous diseases.
