I watch three movies every weekend. I like all types of movies, but I prefer drama. I especially like the juicy love stories dramas. When boy gets girl or girl gets boy, I feel the rush of being involved in the love story. My favorite movie is Return to Me.The appealing part of Return to Me that the characters are common people that are warm and feeling. Return to Me is a love story between a man who lost his wife and the woman who received his wife’s heart. David Duchovny plays a recent widow, whose wife has died in a car accident. Minnie Driver play the heart transplant recipient that received his wife’s heart. A watcher can feel the love from the screen. For example, Minnie Driver touches the cage of the gorilla and he sense the heart of his caregiver beats inside this woman. My leapt as David Duchovny walked by this woman and he had a funny reaction. Return to Me does not over exaggerate the romance of two people. In most romance movies, boy gets girl and they have sex. Return to Me is a clean family movie. There are not sex scenes, but there are a lot of handholding, comforting and cuddling. Return to Me show the way romance and courting should be between two people. For example, when David Duchovny gives Minnie Driver a bicycle for her trip to Italy. A watcher feels the emotion from her receiving it and him giving it. Another example is the scene when she finds out that the heart she now has is the heart of his deceased wife. This emotion is built up through out the whole movie. The watcher’s mind is racing, “What will they do when they find out?” In the next scene, she runs away to her house and he follows. She tells him all about the heart transplant and the letter she finds and he walks away. These scenes take place just as they would with real life.
