Tennis is a sport that many people love to play. It is not the hardest sport in the world to learn. When playing against someone, it is called a match. Tennis can be played one on one or a doubles match. The main object of the game is to hit the ball over the net, inside of the lines so that the opponent can’t get to it. There are two lines about two feet parallel to each other that outline the court. In a singles match, the inner line is the out of bound line, while the outer line is out of bounds in a doubles match. If you want to play, take a look at my two favorite tennis players because they are masters at serving and scoring, a few key aspects of the game. Serving starts each point play. The players stand on opposite ends of each other, and the person serving is called the Server and the other the Receiver. Serving must be done from behind the baseline. When serving, toss the ball in the air and hit it before it touches the ground. There is a service court that the ball must land in first only when serving. It is a square opposite end of service area. The Server becomes the Receiver, and the Receiver becomes the Server after each game. After a good service ball, the ball is in play. Play does not stop until one of the players hits the ball out of bounds, into the net, or fail to hit the ball before it bounces twice. Serving just takes practice and can be a main asset in tennis.Scoring is not complicated at all. After winning the first point, no matter if the Server or the Receiver wins, his score is fifteen. Then, when a player wins his second point, he has a score of thirty. A third point makes the score forty. The fourth point wins the game. In addition, the score is called deuce if both players have scored three points. The first player to score two consecutive points will win the game. Most matches are played the best out of five sets.
