Honors

Getting inducted into National Honor Society, an organization founded on the principles of character, scholarship, leadership, and service, would be a great honor. In addition National Honor Society has been a tradition in schools for several years. Working hard to be recognized, students apply much time and effort toward their studies.Character a property that comes very easily to me, which is seen by the people that I interact with daily. Experienced and inspired as a waitress, caring and being considerate towards others has shown through customers waited upon regularly. Nevertheless I work hard towards getting along with everyone I meet, without coming off to strong.Achieving a scholarship in high school for college is something one has to work hard to receive. Many hours of dedication to studying and preparing for everyday classes, is very essential to succeed. Maintaining an overall high grade point average is very important towards meeting standards for a scholarship.Equally important leading other students in the classroom and at dance, leadership; however, is based upon ones trust in me. Becoming a leader takes time and prepares one for any situation that may cross their path.Leading peers in the right direction gives a person great pleasure.Volunteering and serving others, at church dinners, dance sessions, and raking leaves for the elderly are some service duties one can provide. Helping and caring for others is a big part of ones life in order to succeed and reach goals. When volunteering to help one in need, it helps one get in touch with their inner self.To sum up, I strive on overcoming all obstacles that later in life help to accomplish all of my set goals. Leading, helping others, and making right decisions builds upon ones character. National Honor Society is a privilege that must be well earned and not abused. ...
